“I began my career as a French trained Chef out of Paris, France and wrapped up my 20 year chef career as Assistant Banquet Chef at Caesars Palace..where I changed careers and started having fun as a Convention Manager. At the peak of my career I had achieved Senior Catering Manager at Caesars Palace, throwing wonderful casino events, non profits and weddings..you name it! Then I met the love of my life and we decided that we had enough of corporate life so we packed up our kids and moved to South Carolina where we opened our event design company Carolina Event Services and most recently Carolina Event Services ~ The Design Studio. We are very happy here though we work just as hard as we did in Vegas !! We can feel that we have improved our quality of life for both ourselves and our kids!
