sheree This formal dining room has now been updated with trimmed toile curtains, new large modern pattern chair seat covers, tall retro lamps, green fabric walls, rustic wood bowls, small framed hand painted antique tiles, and mixed modern and vintage china. Vintage silver service and trays are still displayed. The chandelier got natural linen shades. As seen here the table is set for a Holiday dinner.
sheree The buffet designer/company is spelled, John D. Raab, of John D. Raab Chair Company.
sheree This is one of those projects that seems to be giving me a headache. If anyone has ideas on how to work with this huge antique buffet, I'm all eyes and ears. There is a 60" round table and 10 chairs as well as a small server to match that must stay. The tea service is actually used and must stay. I like the mirror style but it is too small for the scale of the other furnishings. For the furniture designer addicts, this is a John D. Rhab design, early 1900's. Changing hardware is an option.
