Are you not satisfied with your order? We will do our best to make things right for you. If your order is damaged, defective, incorrect and isn’t custom or special-order, let us know within 7 days and we’ll refund the product’s cost, less shipping costs (both ways). DAMAGED ITEMS
All damaged claims must be received within 72 hours of item’s arrival. Please let us know by phone or email. Digital snapshots of the damages and also the packing/boxes are required for all damaged items so that we can understand how the damage occurred. Please send us snapshots of the damage via email.
